Brandy Snaps

I had a go at making Brandy snaps a posh little crunchy treat you can place on the side of a dessert.  These were very tasty and i will make these again especially as they only took 15 mins to make.

Ingredients
40g butter
40g sugar
2 tbsp golden syrup
40g Plain flour
1 tsp brandy
1 tsp ground ginger

Pre heat the oven to 180c
Grease proof line two baking trays

melt butter, sugar and syrup in a pan

then stir in the flour add the brandy and ginger to make a smooth paste
Drop a very generous teaspoon on the baking tray and bake for 8 mins until they are golden brown
let the Snaps cool for only 1 min and then pick them up and roll fast being careful as they will still be hot.  if they become to stiff to roll put them back into the over for 30 secs to 1 min and try again
